Community Habilitation provides support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in the home/community as reflected by the individuals’ needs, choices and desires. Individuals range in age from young children to adults.

Applicants must be willing and available to travel and work in all locations in the Capital District area. Individuals with current or prior experience working with the developmentally disabled population are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/ GED
* Valid Driver's License
* Vehicle/car insurance (applicant named on policy)
* Criminal Background/ Fingerprint Check
* 21 years or older to provide Community Habilitation Service
